For the protection of both the buyer and seller against fraudulent credit card purchases, the buyer agrees that credit/debit card payments through either PayPal, Google Checkout or our Merchant Account, which do not match the cardholder's billing address will not be accepted and will be refunded. Buyer agrees to resubmit their Credit/Debit Card payment matching the cardholder's billing address before the three day payment requirement widow closes or the item will be relisted.

We usually e-mail invoice buyers within one hour of the auction ending and in all cases within twenty-four hours of purchase. Item will be shipped to the Credit/Debit Card billing address or "confirmed" PayPal shipping address of U.S. Buyers only by USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Please allow five to seven business days to receive your item after receipt of payment. Please note that a Credit/Debit Card must be on file with PayPal in order to have a "confirmed" PayPal shipping address.

Buyer agrees that Willco Electronics is the only authorized agent for all repairs or diagnostic service of the laptop under the warranty. Buyer agrees that any repairs, attempted repairs or diagnoses by the buyer or any third-party (friend, electronics store, etc.) without receiving prior instructions or authorization by Willco Electronics, is not covered by the warranty and will void the warranty. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and we'll cover the cost to return items (received for covered warranty repair issues) back to the buyer.

It does not mean that the item ships with or is compatible with other connection devices or software not specifically listed in the auction item description.

We clearly list the system specifications (processor speed, hard drive, memory size) for each of our laptops in the auction item description so that the novice computer buyer can make an informed purchase decision based on the minimum system requirements of the applications or add-on devices the buyer wishes to use with the laptop. It is the buyer's responsibility to educate themselves or ask questions before bidding or purchasing.

Buyers agrees that warranty repair or replacement (at our option) is the only remedy under the warranty. Buyer agrees that No Refunds or Exchanges will be given in lieu of repair/replacement. Buyer understands and agrees that "all sales are final" means that no refunds will be issued for returned items.

We greatly appreciate your bid on our items, but please be aware that bids on multiple items may result in multiple auction wins (i.e. You bid on several of our items with the hope of winning at least one auction or you bid on one of our items and then see another item you like better).
