 Your order will be shipped out within 48-72 business hours after your payment has been cleared. A tracking number will be emailed and can also be accessed on our website. Please note that weekends are not considered business days. In the event that a product is sold by our warehouse before the closing of this auction, you will be notified and offered an immediate refund or option to backorder your product. Please note that since 90% of all orders are shipped by Ground Services, free shipping does not apply to the following locations HI, AK, PR , & APO/FPO addresses. Q: How much is shipping to Canada?
A: We can ship your bars to Canada using a Ground service for an additional $55.00 (this will automatically be added to your checkout amount).
Q: Who pays for duties, taxes, and brokerage fees on shipments to Canada?

Q: How much is shipping to Puert Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii?
A: Shipping using UPS 2-Day Air services will cost $105.00 (this will automatically be added to your checkout amount).
Q: Can you ship using USPS (United States Postal Service)?
A: Since our products exceed the size limitations set by USPS, we can only ship using common carriers as UPS & FedEx.
Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: Local pickup are not available, we ship from various warehouse across the country directly to your front door.
Q: Can I use my own shipper account number to ship my item?
A: Our shipping agreement with our suppliers does not allow us to operate with 3rd party billing.
Q: Does someone have to be home to receive my order?
A: A signature may be required. Although, it is not uncommon for delivery drivers to leave packages without a signature. 3 delivery attempts will be made before a package is returned to the sender. Arrangements to leave a package without signature can be made by leaving a note for the driver. On truck freight shipments, the shipping carrier driver will contact the recipient to schedule the delivery of your order. This will require you to provide us with your telephone # when placing your order. |

Sales Policy
If you are the winning bidder of this auction you are entering into a binding agreement and acknowledge acceptance of our Shipping, Claims, and Refund Policies. Please review all details in the listing to ensure that it is what you are intending to purchase and feel free to contact us with any questions. To avoid cancellation of your order, please complete your checkout within 2 days and ensure that your payment is received within 7 days after the auction ends. Failure to submit your payment within that time, can result in filing of a non-paying bidder alert to retrieve our eBay fees and relisting of your item.
Damage Claims
Please inspect your package thoroughly upon receiving it, any damage claims must be filed by emailing claims@thehotstickers.com within 72 hours. Be sure to include: 1. 1-3 pictures (no bigger than 600x400 pixels) showing the damage sustained to the product and box. 2. Name, email address, and item number from the original purchase. Filing a timely claim and providing the necessary information will guarantee that you receive a fast resolution to such an unfortunate situation.
Return Policy
Warranty Returns: When the product is received and it is determined that there is a fitment problem due to manufacturing defect, we simply request that you submit proof in the form of digital pictures. If the product proves to be defective, it will be picked up and exchanged for a new non-defective item at no cost to you.
Shipper Undeliverable Returns: If a package is returned to due to refusal of shipment or undeliverable address. You will be notified when it is received by our warehouse. For reshipment of this package you will be required to submit a payment for the original shipping charges and applicable new shipping charges.
Other Reason Returns: When a package is returned for any other reason than the ones specified above (i.e. you don't like how it looks on your vehicle), you may request a return authorization number by emailing support@thehotstickers.com. Return authorizations will only be issued on new unused resalable merchandise in its original packaging. Call-tags will not be provided on these returns. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee will apply
Free Shipping Policy
"FREE SHIPPING" only applies to the original purchase and does not constitute that returns or reshipments are of "no charge" or "fully refundable". Any returned item will be subject to a refund for the value of the product unless it is a manufacturer's defect and qualifies for our "30 Day Money-Back Guarantee". All other returns have an incorporated shipping charge which will be deducted.

Stage 2 Tinted Headlights
Tinted Headlights is our newest product offering bringing the same look of tinted tails to the front of the car. They are applied with the same materials as our Stage 2 tinted tails but require several important additional steps during the prep process. The tint is applied on the outside of the lense eliminating the need to open the housings up. This will eliminate any chance of condensation build up or cracking the plastic housings. As always, we can make them whatever level of darkness you want however we only recommend a light or light/medium tint for daily drivers. Check our headlight photo gallery for pictures.

Stage 2 Tinted Tails
Stage 2 tinted tails is the current method we use and the one we recommend to everyone. Stage 2 tinted tails are protected with an automotive clearcoat that is sprayed on with a professional spray gun. The end result is a tail light that is permanent, waxable, and with a much improved finish than Stage 1 tint. We put alot of work into making the finish on each tail light we tint a smooth, dust free, glossy finish. Please remember that our work is not done with a spray can. Custom Stage 2 Tinted Tails
We also offer custom tinted tails. We have had requests in the past and you can see them in the photo gallery, where customers only want part of the tail light tinted. As an example, leaving the clear portion of the tail light untinted but tinting the rest of it. The end result is a very unique look that will set you apart from the rest of the crowd. More Info
Another way to customize your Stage 2 tails is to paint them in a particular color, like the color of your car. By using the paint color code from your car, we can color match your tails to the color of your car. By using a special mixtured paint, the tails will still be transparent allowing the light to shine through. Please Note: Custom tails cost more and are not available in a 3 day turnaround. Tinted Side Markers
More and more of todays cars come with fender mounted side markers. Tinting them will blend them with the tail lights to give the car a more uniform and complete look. Tinted side markers are done in the same way as all of our other work. More Info
Tinted Bumper Reflectors
Some cars have either bumper lights or just reflectors. In either case, they can be tinted. The process is the same as tail lights and side markers and completes the look. More Info
