• High Bidder needs to contact Seller WITHIN 3 DAYS after auction is closed.
• Payment must be made WITHIN 7 DAYS.

• The listed shipping price is applicable for the contiguous 48 states.  All other locations must contact us for a shipping price prior to bidding.
• We strive to ship the day after your payment arrives.  If you pay on Friday or Saturday, shipping will take place the following Monday.
• We can expedite shipping. There is a 12:00pm CST cutoff time for expedited shipping.
• Freight items will be shipped at the discretion of our LTL pickup service and the size of LTL queue.  Freight items are ready usually ready for shipment within 24 hours after purchase.  However, there are times when we will have other LTL loads queued in front of your shipment which can cause a delay.
• Freight does not carry standard carrier insurance.  Instead, it is on a per pound bases (ie. $5 per pound, $10 per pound, etc.)
• International shipping is provided through USPS or UPS upon request.

• We do our best to provide as many quality pictures as bidders need, but if you do need more, do not hesitate to ask.
• Unless otherwise stated in the auction description, buyer assumes full responsibility for any type of activation, regulations, compatibility, software & drivers, etc.
• International customers are welcome on most items, but must obtain prior authorization before bidding.

RETURN POLICY
• Customer must inspect all goods upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours if the item is damaged or in a condition other than as described in the auction.

• Customer agrees to work with us on resolving any issues that we feel can be resolved without returning the item. (Example: A printer roller dislocated during shipping.)
• Items damaged in shipping are not included in the "100% as described" guarantee, and will be processed through shipping insurance claims.  Please retain all damaged item packing material for insurance purposes.
• Unless an item has been shipped by freight, there will be a full refund (including original shipping costs) on items that are not as described.
• Items can only be returned with prior authorization.  An RMA (return materials authorization) number most be obtained from us before you return any order. Unauthorized returns will not be honored.
• Customers must pack any item(s) being returned completely, with all manuals, cables, accessories, software, etc.
• Regardless of condition, all products must be packaged appropriately so as not to incur physical damage during return shipping. Damaged item(s) will be returned to customer with no refund.
