2)if product is received and does not work the seller will replace that product once the defective piece is returned.

All shipments are insured by BMWholesale, and the fair amount of insurance is required for every item (regardless of quantity ordered). If the item is lost or damaged it will be replaced under our insurance policy in a fast and efficient manner. Insurance cost applies to both domestic and international shipments.
