Bidder pays Packing and Insured Shipping by United Parcel Ground Service to the 48 Continental United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be made by UPS 2ND day air. Shipping to APO will be made by USPS Priority. For shipping rates please check Shipping & payment details


Each PC system is built to order with high quality components after completion of the auction and payment receipt. Please allow approximately 3 business days (usually faster) to build your system

1-year warranty on system components from original invoice date (system components is defined as all major component inside the case). We will replace or repair any system component for a period of 1 year from the invoice date. If a replacement component is no longer available or is discontinued, we reserves the right to substitute the component for an equivalent part, or offer an upgrade option.

You will receive an official company invoice with a company phone number and warranty information. Should any problem arise, you may contact us by e-mail or by phone. If a return is required, it will be promptly authorized and you may return the system or the affected part for replacement

Any customer who purchases a system from us is entitled to free technical support for as long as they own the system. To obtain technical support services or to invoke warranted privileges, customers should contact our Technical Support Department.

Every system includes a 30-day money-back guarantee (may be subject to a 15% restocking fee). Shipping and handling or open software are non-refundable.

All computer systems come with 1 years limited warranty* from original invoice date on all system components. All repairs and replacements are done by our company direct, so you do not have to mail parts to their respective manufacturers and wait 2-3 weeks for them to replace it.

99% of eBay sellers offer only 1 year warranty for system components. Some sellers offer only manufacturer's warranty for system components. Manufacture replacements can take weeks and some manufacturers do not even provide warranty to end users.
