The shipping charges advertised on the item you are bidding on incorporate post & packaging insurance, but this is for a standard untimed next day delivery up to 5:30pm. Timed deliveries are available upon request and also Saturday deliveries but additional costs will be levied.
The costs advertised only apply to UK Mainland addresses, for channel islands, Guernsey, Isle of man, northern Ireland and southern Ireland, please contact us before purchase. As costs depend on weight and size of the packages.
Signing For the Deliveries It is your responsibility to ensure that the packaging of your goods is checked BEFORE signing the delivery note for any signs of damage. The goods leave our premises after a full inspection from our team of staff and therefore any damage will only have occurred in transit.
Returns Policy
We will then send in INITIAL CITY LINK to collect the package, which must be in a sealed box, to be returned to us for inspection. The refund will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
If after inspection the goods are damaged and have not been previously reported to us, they will be sent to you and any refund will be invalid.
Damages As a company we endeavour to ensure all packages arrive safely and securely at your premises. We only use black security pallet cling film to stop any damp, tampering, theft, and to secure the parcel, we also use fragile tape on the packaging.
However despite our best efforts, we cannot legislate what occurs whilst the goods are in the hands of our courier. 90% of the good we sell is wood, and this is of course open to any knock in transit.
As part of our customer service, and our refund policy we reserve the right to replace any broken part quickly (within 72 hours) either via ourselves or the manufacturer sending a replacement part.
Should any damage have occurred, this must be emailed to us within 48 hours of receipt of goods, via email and also provide digital photo’s of the items as evidence of any claim. Failure to do means our company cannot act at all to address any issues, this must be done within 7 days, otherwise your claim is void. |
