- How do I pay? You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. In addition, we accept PayPal, checks or money orders. - What are the shipping and handling charges? The exact fees are listed in each auction description by simply reviewing the shipping table. Rates start at $4.95 for the first item/$2.00 for each additional item for one order with a single payment.
- How do I combine several auctions won for one payment? To complete your purchase on our secure site, customers are required to visit: http://www.marketworks.com/pay.asp. Just enter one of the auction item numbers. The check out system will find the rest and combine shipping costs to save you additional money. If you have more than one email address, be sure to use your email registered with your eBay account.
- When will my order be shipped? Orders are shipped within 24hrs of receipt of payment Monday - Friday.

- Non Paying Bidder notices are sent to customers that have not used Check Out or have not paid within 18 days. We do this simply to get our selling fees refunded from eBay.

- Use your email registered with eBay. If you have changed emails, use the one when the auction ended. Using another email account other than the one registered with eBay is by far the #1 problem customers have when checking out.
- Wait for just a few minutes after your auction has ended to Check Out so our system has time to gather the auction information from eBay.
- Everyone needs to Check Out! If you don't, it's like going to grocery store and walking out the door without stopping by the cashier :)
- Our system automatically combines all of your items and applies shipping discounts. So, you don't need to contact us to combine items. You can check out at your convenience.
- Use your email registered with eBay...that's our number one customer problem with Check Out.
- eBay Check Out and PayPal. Completed your shopping? Please do not use the eBay Check Out system and do not pay us direct from www.Paypal.com. When to Check Out. It depends on how many auctions you are bidding on....
- For one auction, you can Check Out if you are bidding, and have won, a single auction
- Two or more auctions, visit Check Out after the completion of the last item. A payment is required once every 7 days or every 10 items, whichever comes first
- Order Tracking. We offer a convenient way for you to know your Order status including payments that have posted and shipping status. We will also send you an email when we have received your payment, shipped your merchandise, and a final email to express our gratitude and see if you have any additional questions.
- Returns and Exchanges. (top of page)
- We offer a courteous refund of the purchase price of any item returned to us within 10 days.
- Due to our limited supply, we do not offer exchanges.
- Please use our returns form and include in your package mailed back to us.
- We will mail you a company check within 7 business days of receiving the items.
- For damaged items that have been purchased with insurance, simply send back to us via USPS 1st class mail and we will reimburse you for all of your shipping.
- Feedback. We gladly exchange positive feedback for each customer and each auction. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will make it right.

- Fast Shipping and Delivery Time. Combined with the Singapore Post Limited Program, our shipping method is the best deal you will find for Basic Shipping! It's more secure and, for most destinations, it's much faster than all other mailing methods. Available for all international shipments. - Expedite your Shipment. You've made a great purchase and now you want to get it quicker than our Global Shipping service. You can combine your great savings with super fast delivery! At Check Out, customers can upgrade to FedEx. These expedited services offer 2-5 day delivery with delivery confirmation and/or package tracking.
- Which Shipping method should you select? Our default shipping method is called First Class Global Mail using Singapore Post Limited for international orders. You should choose our expedited shipping methods if you need your merchandise by a specific date such as a holiday or birthday
- Order Tracking. Click on the link to track your package. Tracking service is available only if you purchased insurance or sent by experdited shipping method.
- First Class Global Shipping Claims For First Class Global Mail (Singapore Post Limited), there is a 30 day waiting period before a claim can be filed for lost packages. If your package doesn't arrive 30 days from the shipping date, please let us know by email (ebay@gnoelandhop.com). If your package arrives damaged and you have paid for insurance, please let us know right away. We have shipped over 20,000 packages by our First Class Global Mail in the past 10 years and less than 1% was not delivered, i.e. lost, but approximately 18% of the packages did take longer than one week to arrive, about 10% took 2-3 weeks to arrive. It is very rare for a package not to show up within the 30 day time frame, which is why Singapore Post established the waiting period and we use it too. If you provided an incorrect shipping address to us, guaranteed delivery is null and void. If you leave us negative or neutral feedback because you don't like our policy, then guaranteed delivery is null and void. All claims must be filed within 60 days. Claims filed after 60 days will not be honored. If your package had a tracking number and USPS shows that it was delivered, please contact your local Post Office where they are probably holding it for you.
- Origin. All merchandise is shipped from our warehouse located in Singapore.
- Availability. We are experts with international customers! Shipped to anywhere on earth everyday Monday - Friday. Most of our international customers are located in parts of USA, Europe, Asia, and Australia. Merchandise exported outside the Singapore usually incur duties and tariffs. See your local post office or customs office for details. Declared value of merchandise is based on the final bid price amount.
- Insurance. Insurance is available and recommended. We use our own insurance company so there are no forms to fill out or insurance agents calling your house. Insurance is for protection against damaged items in the mail. To track your merchandise, you will want to expedite your order with either FedEx.
- Discounts. Purchase two or more items and receive a discount! Read the Destination Rate Table below for details. Our merchandise listed on eBay are special offerings with final bid prices around 80% off retail so further discounts are not offered. Discounted shipping, handling and insurance charges apply to an Order with a single payment.
- Pick Up. Merchandise is not available for pick up at our warehouse.
