Non-Paying Bidders: Order of Events

1. Day 3 we send you a reminder to complete checkout
2. Day 5 we send you a second reminder email
3. Day 10 you're reported as a non-paying bidder to eBay
4. Day 13 final reminder sent
5. Day 14 your account is flagged and negative is left.

SELLER WILL
1)will ship order within 3 business days of a cleared payment
2)if product is received and does not work the seller will replace that product once the defective piece is returned.
3)no refunds offered - exchages are possible on a per customer basis.

BUYER WILL:
Must pay within 5 days
If mailing payment buyer is to contact seller to make them aware
Po boxes no insurance is offered and the buyer must have rating higher than 20.
If a product is defective or damaged buyer must obtain a ra# within 1 week of receiving.

Feedback
Due to the many buyers who do not participate in the feedback program.  Feedback will be left as it is received as a automated system offered by ebay's seller manager assistant.   This allows for a fair transaction between the seller and buyer.If there is a problem with order we ask that you allow the opportunity to correct the problem prior to leaving a negative feedback.

Shipping rates posted are for US and Canada only.  We ship via CanadaPost  and the USPS inside the US and Canada ONLY.  The buyer is responsible for any  duties or customs fees that may be charged.  

Shipping Guidelines

2)all purchases are shipped within 5 business days of cleared payment.
3)ground service service is estimated at 7 - 12 business days
4)expedited service is estimated at 5 - 9 days
4)tracking information will be provided on shipments that are considered late.
5)insurance is optional - if no insurance has been purchased there is no tracking information available. insurance is always advised. the buyer understands that the seller is not liable for shipments that are not received/damaged if insurance was not purchased.
6)insurance is not provided on any PO box shipments if insurance is paid on a PO box shipment it will be refunded.
7)combined orders to same location always will receive a shipment discount.
8) no pick ups allowed at this time
