If you are the winning bidder of this auction you are entering into a binding agreement and acknowledge acceptance of our Shipping, Claims, and Refund Policies. Please review all details in the listing to ensure that it is what you are intending to purchase and feel free to contact us with any questions. To avoid cancellation of your order, please complete your checkout within 2 days and ensure that your payment is received within 7 days after the auction ends. Failure to submit your payment within that time, can result in filing of a non-paying bidder alert to retrieve our eBay fees and relisting of your item.

Damage Claims
Please inspect your package thoroughly upon receiving it, any damage claims must be filed by emailing claims@dealsofsteel.com within 72 hours. Be sure to include: 1. 1-3 pictures (no bigger than 600x400 pixels) showing the damage sustained to the product and box. 2. Name, email address, and item number from the original purchase. Filing a timely claim and providing the necessary information will guarantee that you receive a fast resolution to such an unfortunate situation.

Return Policy
Warranty Returns: When the product is received and it is determined that there is a fitment problem due to manufacturing defect, we simply request that you submit proof in the form of digital pictures. If the product proves to be defective, it will be picked up and exchanged for a new non-defective item at no cost to you.

Shipper Undeliverable Returns: If a package is returned to due to refusal of shipment or undeliverable address. You will be notified when it is received by our warehouse. For reshipment of this package you will be required to submit a payment for the original shipping charges and applicable new shipping charges.

Other Reason Returns: When a package is returned for any other reason than the ones specified above (i.e. you don't like how it looks on your vehicle), you may request a return authorization number by emailing support@dealsofsteel.com. Return authorizations will only be issued on new unused resalable merchandise in its original packaging. Call-tags will not be provided on these returns. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee will apply

Free Shipping Policy
"FREE SHIPPING" only applies to the original purchase and does not constitute that returns or reshipments are of "no charge" or "fully refundable". Any returned item will be subject to a refund for the value of the product unless it is a manufacturer's defect and qualifies for our "30 Day Money-Back Guarantee". All other returns have an incorporated shipping charge which will be deducted.

Q: Is there any drilling required?
A: There is no drilling needed. Our products are designed and fabricated specifically to mount up to your vehicle using the factory holes already on the frame.

Q: Is this auction for a pair of bars or only 1 bar?
A: All of our nerf bars are sold as pairs.

Q: How much would it cost to have them installed?
A: Our products are designed to install in minimal time and can be done at home with simple tools such as (socket set, wrench, and screwdrivers). However if you prefer to have them installed professionaly, you can pay between $50 - $150 depending on how nice the mechanic feels.

Q: Are all of the brackets and hardware included when I buy your Wheel to Wheel nerf bars?
A: Everything that you need to perform an easy at home installation is included with your product.

A: It is not necessary to have stainless hardware as other manufacturers claim. Our brackets are made from 1/4 inch powder coated galvanized steel which can outlast the lifetime of your truck. And they are covered by a lifetime warranty.
