All our merchandise is shipped completely insured within 3 days of the close of the auction. In instances where ring sizing is applicable we will require 10-12 business days to ship the product to you. If you require your merchandise to be shipped earlier please call us first before you bid.
All merchandise is shipped via FedEx 2 Day Express Service fully insured. Signature confirmation is required for all shipments of any value. This is one to ensure that your package reaches you safely. We charge a standard shipping fee of US$35 for all shipments within the United States and US$69 for international shipments. This includes the insurance cover also.
We also have a FedEx Next Day service option for all continental shipments and you can request that at an additional cost. We ship to the following countries:
Canada, United Kingdom, France, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, Norway, Sweden, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, India and the UAE.
