PAYMENT

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

99% of all orders ship the same day if the order is received before 2:00pm PST. All orders placed after that time is shipped the following day. All Rack Processors, Amps, Midi Controllers and Speaker Cabs ship via UPS Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Overnight Shipping. All orders that need overnight or 2nd Day Shipping please call us prior to purchasing to ensure we can get the package out in the time frame you need. Placing an order for the above rush shipping option does not guarantee we can ship that same day so again please contact us first. Package Tracking is available for both USPS and UPS via our Order Tracking link at the top of our site. We update all tracking info immediately after your package has been tagged for shipping. Shipping Damage Claims Rarely do we have problems with shipping due to the way we package our products. We use 100% new boxes purchased directly from USPS and UPS. In case of a package being damaged we require you to save 100% of all the packing materials in order for us to file a claim properly. If you throw away the packing materials there will be no way for us to get a claim on the product and we WILL NOT be able to swap it out for you

2. Day 7 we send you a second reminder email
3. Day 10 you're reported as a non-paying bidder to eBay
4. Day 13 final reminder sent
5. Day 14 your account is flagged and negative is left.
   

SELLER WILL
1)will ship order within 3 business days of a cleared payment
2)if product is received and does not work the seller will replace that product once the defective piece is returned.
3)no refunds offered - exchages are possible on a per customer basis.
