Repair, & Technical Support Policy:
Any display technology you purchase from us comes with a 10 day DOA policy; If we can not fix the unit trouble shooting with our technical support over the phone, we will have it replaced with a new unit. You must contact us first to allow us to fix the problem, and upon finding the system is in need of repair, we will issue you an Return Authorization number, and have the system replaced in a quick and efficient manner. If you would like to return an item for reasons other than problem related issues, you may be subject to a restocking fee up to 20%.
