Our secure checkout system will give you a choice to pay with paypal, credit card, or money order. OUR SYSTEM DOES NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS WITH INTERNATIONAL BILLING ADDRESSES. We do not accept personal or business checks. If sending a money order, please be sure to write your item number on the money order.

Payment is required within 7 days of the end of the auction. If payment is not received within 7 days, the item will be relisted, and an unpaid item strike will be filed.

We have a 7 day unconditional return policy on all unworn, new items purchased. Returns must come with their original box. Once the item is returned, we will refund the full purchase price minus the $10 restocking fee. No shipping fees are refunded.

For exchanges, the restocking fee is waived, but all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

You must obtain a return # before sending your item back to us. Please email us and let us know you are planning to send an item back for return/exchange, and we will issue your return # and give you instructions on how to proceed. Returns/exchanges must be received within 30 days of the receipt of the return #. Return #s are voided and items are ineligible for return after 30 days.

We cannot honor any size or color substitutions.

Please contact your local post office or customs office to estimate customs charges to import your items from the USA.
• DeCalo Fashion international shipping charges do NOT include country specific custom taxes, duties, and/or broker fees. These fees must be paid by the customer directly to the delivery carrier at the time of delivery.
• DeCalo Fashion uses the most economical shipping methods for international packages. Unfortunately, no tracking number is available for these methods. We would be glad ship your item using USPS Global Express Mail, which comes with a tracking number for an additional fee.
• Please note that while estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days, it is our experience that some packages may take 3-5 weeks to arrive due to custom clearance at the destination country.
• We cannot ship to an international PO Box.
