TIRE WHEELS DEPOT is not responsible for wheels that are out of balance due to shipping and handling. Customer's are responsible to take up any claims with the shipping company within 24 hours. Customer's are responsible for all costs of rebalancing the wheels. |

Shipping :
All shipping originates from 95205 zip code. Shipment will be either UPS, FedX, USPS or RoadRunner. Some larger items will ship via UPS Ground service. Orders are generally shipped on the day after full payment.

Returns:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL BUT In the unlikely event that a return is request, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable UNMOUNTED condition, all original packaging including lugs, locks, manuals, warranty forms, etc. Software sales are not refundable.
